What you'll do

• Build and manage a large commercial prospect pipeline
• lead prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing
• develop tailored risk strategies and insurance solutions
• gather and analyze underwriting data
• partner with carriers and internal teams
• expand and retain a profitable book through relationship management and renewals
• represent the agency at industry events
• use agency management systems for documentation
• maintain compliance with agency processes and confidentiality standards.
