What you'll do

• Review contract language, scope, and special provisions
• assist with procurement of materials, subcontractor, and engineering quotes
• prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
• visit job sites and attend meetings
• price change requests and update budgets
• prepare production reports
• review job costs
• prepare billings and approve invoices
• track progress and spending
• support schedules and coordinate warranties and closeout.
