Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is onsite in Concord, NH, paying $25–$27 per hour. Reporting to the Membership Billing Manager, the specialist manages member billing and collections and maintains accurate account records. The work supports reliable financial operations and clear billing communication with families and staff.

What you'll do

• Prepare accurate weekly member invoices
• maintain state billing information in the database
• process credit card payments and post payments and adjustments to member accounts
• maintain the accounts receivable ledger and reports
• communicate with families about invoices and payments
• prepare reconciliations
• make collection calls and document collection efforts
• report account status to the Membership Billing Manager and area managers
• maintain confidentiality
• provide backup support in Daxko Operations.
