What you'll do

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
• place condiments and napkin holders
• maintain clean and orderly areas
• expedite food from the kitchen
• wipe tables after guests leave
• remove dirty plates and utensils as needed
• perform other duties assigned by the manager.
