What you'll do

• Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare employers
• prepare participants for healthcare interviews and job searches
• conduct intakes and assessments
• provide individual and group support with resumes, applications, and interview readiness
• enter case and employment data
• organize hiring and employer events
• support a minimum of 10 placements per month at a minimum of 20 work hours per week
• provide specialized support to high school equivalency participants.
