The Voyager Head of U.S. Operations & Value Delivery role is hybrid, with remote and in-office work, and is based in Greensboro, NC. The annual base salary range is $138,417–$184,555, with possible annual bonus or incentive compensation. The role leads the U.S. Voyager operating model transition and connects U.S. operations with the global supply chain network. The role owns the transition and ongoing execution of the U.S. operating model, translating strategy and value targets into operational delivery. It coordinates supply, inventory, logistics, customs, warehousing, and route-to-market operations to realize the Voyager value case and integrate future manufacturing locations.

What you'll do

• Lead the U.S. transition to the Morocco production model, including market readiness, inventory transition, service continuity, warehousing and distribution readiness, customs, trade compliance, governance, and go-live recommendations. Own value delivery through savings, inventory optimization, logistics and warehousing cost optimization, and continuous improvement. Manage product flow, inventory, distribution, service levels, and operational risks. Integrate U.S. operations with the global network, including future Cambodia integration. Lead systems, data, and planning process integration

• and provide executive decision support on readiness, value, risks, dependencies, and expansion opportunities.
