What you'll do
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders
- assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- provide mobility support, transfers, and repositioning
- assist with catheter care and monitor skin integrity
- prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- monitor and report changes in condition
- maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA guidelines.
