What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care and assist the manager with daily unit operations, including coordinating care and outcomes, staffing and patient throughput, and allocating resources. Support staff selection, development, supervision, onboarding and education
• conduct patient, teammate and physician rounds
• perform nursing care and administer medications as needed
• and contribute to quality improvement, regulatory compliance and unit program oversight.
