Clinical Director (BCBA)

Job overview

The Clinical Director (BCBA) role is onsite in Wilkes-Barre, PA, with pay of $60 per hour for non-billable time and $65 per hour for billable time, if any. Elite ABA Therapy provides individualized, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis services to children ages 2–8 with autism or developmental delays.

What you'll do

• Lead clinical operations and oversee ABA programs and clinical caseloads through consultation and observation
• review assessments and treatment plans
• maintain regulatory compliance and documentation
• assign staff and create schedules
• supervise and develop staff
• manage case-related authorization tasks
• and cover billable appointments or assist with assessments as needed, without an assigned client caseload.
