• Conduct onsite reviews of clinical operations, medical records, and staff performance
• collaborate on root-cause analysis and action plans
• educate and coach facility nursing leaders and staff
• support annual and complaint surveys and plans of correction
• assess clinical competencies
• provide infection prevention guidance
• and support quality assurance and performance improvement tracking.
