What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day retail operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, visual merchandising, cash, inventory, and compliance. Hire and develop staff
• conduct training and performance reviews
• audit inventory and reconcile month-end counts
• maintain vendor relationships and accurate records
• guide patients and employees on cannabis products and use
• address concerns
• and maintain store cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
