The Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Full-Time) is an onsite role based in Aptos, CA. What you'll do

• Work with identified students 1:1 and in small groups
• Develop literacy and/or math skills
• Create and implement a behavior management system
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress
• Support extended day and virtual programming.
