What you'll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and biliary conditions, including chronic digestive and nutrition-related conditions
• develop individualized care plans
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary health team
• provide specialty consultation to primary-care medical staff
• support chronic-condition management and patient education.
