The role helps ensure patient orders are complete and shipping issues are addressed in a timely manner. The schedule is five days per week, including every Saturday and Sunday and three weekday evening shifts starting at or after 4:00 p.m. Central time.

What you'll do

• Transcribe patient profiles over the telephone, including data entry and possible outbound calls
• obtain medically necessary documentation
• process patient orders through the online pharmacy system
• resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders
• troubleshoot problems based on patient input
• verify orders are complete
• perform other duties as assigned.
