What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day field operations
• develop and manage schedules with the project team
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades
• review plans, specifications, submittals, and contract documents
• coordinate inspections, testing, deliveries, and shutdowns
• enforce infection prevention and safety protocols
• monitor workmanship and resolve quality issues
• communicate project updates
• maintain field records and use Procore for field activities.

Why this role

Procore experience is required. Healthcare construction experience is strongly preferred; the role requires ICRA training/certification and willingness to work nights, weekends, and non-standard hours as project needs require. Travel to project locations is required as needed.
