What you'll do

• Lead engineers in EMI/EMC, EEE parts, radiation effects, grounding and bonding, and related disciplines
• set technical priorities and resource plans
• oversee analyses, testing, and qualification
• direct parts selection and obsolescence management
• guide radiation effects assessment and mitigation
• review engineering and certification documentation
• support customer reviews and audits
• manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance.
