What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations for enterprise infrastructure systems in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Maintain operational oversight of enterprise services, including monitoring health and alerting workflows.
• Serve as the primary on-site lead for operational services and customer coordination.
• Provide technical leadership to system administrators and operations staff.
• Coordinate incident response, troubleshooting, and service restoration.
• Review logs and incident data to identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop operational solutions.
• Support Windows server and enterprise infrastructure activities.
• Track and report operational status and service impacts.
• Maintain operations documentation and knowledge articles.
• Support change management, maintenance, and service recovery activities.
