• Oversee county technology systems and IT functions
• develop strategic plans and recommend budgets
• manage computer services and a five-year replacement schedule
• seek grant funding
• provide help desk support
• guide telecommunications and 911 operations
• maintain the county website
• manage network operations and server maintenance
• support county departments and databases.
