Maintenance Supervisor — Residential Communities

The Maintenance Supervisor — Residential Communities role is onsite in Blacklick, OH, paying $27–$28 per hour. Dietz Property Group is seeking a supervisor to lead maintenance at two residential communities. The supervisor oversees technicians and groundskeeping, resident service requests, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and property readiness. The role also manages maintenance inventory and expenses, supports rehabilitation and capital improvement projects, and applies OSHA safety standards; on-call hours are scheduled on a rotating basis.

What you'll do

• Supervise and develop maintenance technicians and/or groundskeepers
• oversee resident service requests, grounds maintenance, and preventive maintenance
• manage inventory, budgets, and expenses
• coordinate vendors and city inspections
• oversee unit rehabilitation and capital improvement projects
• apply OSHA safety standards
• report to the Community Director.
