What you'll do

• Maintain compliance with community regulations and housing programs
• process applications and resident recertifications
• support rent collection and review of aged receivables
• assist with community financials and expenses
• post resident and subsidy rent payments
• respond to resident complaints and requests
• monitor marketing efforts
• respond to leasing inquiries and maintain traffic records
• report safety hazards.
