Director of Payer Operations & Revenue Cycle Management

The role also partners with Product and Engineering to embed revenue intelligence and payer requirements into workflows, helping clinicians operate and grow their practices.

What you'll do

• Own collections, denial rate, clean claim rate, and days in accounts receivable
• build and lead the revenue cycle team
• oversee external vendors
• design workflows across intake, eligibility, authorization, documentation, and coding
• lead payer performance and rate strategy
• partner on payer negotiations
• work with Product and Engineering on revenue-cycle systems
• establish KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms.
