What you'll do

• Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites for safety and compliance with specifications
• promote and enforce safety practices
• coordinate trade partners, foremen, and crews
• review plans and specifications
• help develop project schedules and monitor equipment needs
• arrange tools and materials
• monitor work and maintain owner relations
• support hiring, training, and workforce feedback
• resolve construction, design, quality, and production issues
• supervise trade partners, consultants, vendors, assistant superintendents, and project security personnel.
