Shift Leader

Job overview

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Camden, SC, at $13–$16 per hour. The position supports Firehouse Subs restaurant operations and its guest-service standards. The Shift Leader helps the General Manager run a designated shift, coordinating team members and daily procedures while maintaining compliance, profitability, food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with shift operations and company initiatives
• deploy team members and delegate tasks
• uphold company policies and applicable regulations
• manage shift performance against food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales guidelines
• support interviewing, hiring, training, and discipline under the General Manager’s guidance
• complete required reports and documents
• communicate business issues to the General Manager or owner.
