The Porter/Custodian maintains clean, orderly common areas and supports the upkeep of the residential community. Daily work includes cleaning buildings and grounds, preparing vacant apartments, performing basic landscaping and snow removal, and reporting damage or repair needs to community or service management.

What you'll do

• Clean common areas, stairways, breezeways, laundry rooms, and vacant apartments
• inspect and clean grounds
• maintain light fixtures and mailbox fronts
• open and close the laundry room
• perform landscaping and lawn care as needed
• remove snow and apply ice melt
• report damage, trash, and repair needs
• follow health and safety precautions.
