Facilities Technician

Job overview

The Facilities Technician role is onsite in Dousman, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. Lad Lake serves youth and families through evidence-based, trauma-informed programs at three Southeastern Wisconsin campuses. The technician maintains safe, functional, and welcoming campus spaces through general repairs, equipment upkeep, and hazard response. The role also supports and supervises youth workers while keeping their treatment plans in mind and serving as a calm, respectful role model.

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance including painting, plumbing, and repairs
• address building safety hazards
• operate and maintain upkeep equipment
• drive between campuses and local vendors as needed
• support and supervise youth workers with their treatment plans in mind
• assist during emergencies
• communicate with the supervisor and team
• rotate on-call availability every other weekend.
