What you'll do

• Manage real estate projects from planning, design, and construction through occupancy and closeout
• prepare scopes, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk plans with clients
• solicit and evaluate bids and recommend project resources
• maintain project documentation and data integrity
• direct delivery teams
• track progress and report status and variances
• identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
