The Director, School Culture & Student Experience role is remote in the United States. Pay is $125,000–$135,000 per year. What you'll do

• Support priorities and initiatives related to student belonging, engagement, well-being, voice and agency, and school climate
• monitor research, field trends, and member needs
• develop and improve programs, toolkits, guides, and learning experiences
• translate research and school practices into resources and recommendations
• coordinate project plans and cross-functional dependencies
• provide content leadership for conferences, workshops, webinars, cohorts, and other offerings
• partner with research colleagues
• use research, feedback, and program outcomes to improve resources
• build relationships with educators, students, researchers, and partners
• establish feedback loops and measures of success.
