What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities
• monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain access-control records
• respond calmly to incidents and escalate concerns through site procedures
• conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter
• help maintain orderly vehicle and pedestrian access and communicate professionally with drivers, vendors, and site personnel.
