What you'll do

• Inspect construction, renovation, and redevelopment work at RRHA properties for compliance with contract documents and building codes
• review plans and drawings
• help develop construction specifications and repair quotations
• advise site management and maintenance staff on repairs, deficiencies, code compliance, and materials
• participate in Davis-Bacon payroll interviews
• rekey and repair unit locks and make duplicate keys
• conduct Section 50A inspections.
