Under ongoing supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or assistant analyst, the technician implements behavior-analytic services in individual and group settings. The role collects data, writes progress notes, supports families, models behavioral strategies, and helps clients work toward program and workplace goals. RBT certification is required within the first 45 days, and a completed 40-hour RBT course is required upon hire.

What you'll do

  • Implement behavior programming in one-to-one and group settings under BCBA guidance
  • collect data and write progress notes
  • consult with families and center personnel
  • model behavioral strategies and conduct parent training
  • complete assessments under BCBA guidance
  • monitor client performance and progress toward program goals
  • maintain confidential client records
  • prepare session materials
  • record attendance
  • attend staff meetings and center events.
