• Install, configure, administer, and monitor end-user IT automation equipment
• perform baseline imaging, optimization, patching, and updates
• maintain conference room computer, video-conference, and voice equipment
• track and resolve hardware and software issues
• provide inventory and capability reports
• respond to technical support requests
• coordinate equipment issue and turn-in
• manage printer supplies
• provide after-hours onsite support with a two-hour response time.
