Client Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships
• mentor and guide bookkeepers and staff accountants
• review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• balance client needs with team capacity
• prepare and present financial statements, KPIs, and business insights
• lead new-client setup in accounting platforms
• support audits, GAAP implementations, budgeting, and cash-to-accrual transitions
• provide financial management recommendations.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, public accounting background, and five or more years of progressive accounting experience. CPA license or active pursuit is preferred.
