Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

The specialist manages full-cycle accounts payable, resolves vendor and payment issues, and supports accurate financial reporting through reconciliations, analysis, and month-end close activities.

What you'll do

• Process invoices and payments
• review coding, approvals, and documentation
• perform three-way matching when applicable
• reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable balances
• resolve vendor issues
• support month-end close, accruals, reporting, audits, and process improvements
• use NetSuite and collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, and Operations.
