What you'll do

• Lead a classroom that promotes learning, exploration, and development
• create a safe, welcoming, developmentally appropriate environment
• plan and implement engaging learning experiences
• observe, assess, and document children’s progress
• collaborate with assistant teachers
• maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing and program requirements
• communicate with families
• support social-emotional development
• participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training.
