The Cold Food (Salad) Cook role is onsite at Humana Waterside in Louisville, KY. It is full time, with days that may vary and a scheduled shift of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay is $18.00–$18.50 per hour. Flik Hospitality Group provides foodservice at the listed location. The role prepares and serves salads, sandwiches, and other cold foods while maintaining quality, portion standards, safe food handling, and a clean preparation and service area. It supports consistent foodservice operations by following production schedules and coordinating with coworkers.

What you'll do

• Obtain daily production and preparation requirements from the Chef. Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads to approved quality, temperature, and portion standards
• stock and replenish cold products. Store food using HACCP wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures. Cut meats, cheeses, and vegetables using knives or slicing equipment. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, refrigeration units, and floors, and follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
