What you'll do

• Supervise daily quality control activities
• maintain product quality standards from receiving through shipping
• monitor dock temperatures and storage conditions
• maintain finished-goods and inventory counts
• track product rejections and QC records
• ensure product documentation is accurate and uploaded
• monitor vendor compliance
• maintain public health inspection reports
• support food safety programs, audits, reporting, and special projects
• collaborate with warehouse leadership.
