What you'll do

• Administer health and welfare benefits, employee perks, and leave processes
• maintain employee pay and benefits records
• support annual benefits renewal and Open Enrollment
• oversee Medicare eligibility administration and notifications
• audit carrier invoices and resolve discrepancies
• administer 401(k) and profit-sharing programs and support audits and testing
• coordinate vendor relationships
• maintain regulatory reporting and compliance
• reconcile benefits data with People and Finance.
