What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors
• carry out access-control procedures and site policies
• monitor entry and exit points and verify authorized access
• maintain visitor and vendor records
• communicate access concerns
• respond to incidents and resident concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols
• prepare accurate reports. A guard card and high school diploma or equivalent are required.
