Proper Care Specialist (Budtender)

What you'll do

• Create a positive patient/customer experience
• maintain knowledge of dispensary products and medicinal qualities
• ask about customer needs and educate patients about available products
• tailor recommendations in compliance with state law
• answer product questions and gather feedback
• maintain customer flow and confidentiality
• enter sales in the POS system
• maintain cash drawer accuracy
• process payments and update sales and inventory records
• attend team meetings and complete assigned dispensary tasks
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation.

Why this role
