What you'll do

• Assist in the kitchen before, during, and after meals
• serve meals and pour beverages
• prepare and serve between-meal snacks
• assist the cook with meal preparation when needed
• clean work tables, storage areas, refrigerators, and equipment
• sweep and mop floors
• wash dishes
• keep utensils and equipment ready for the next meal
• remove garbage
• follow dietary, safety, infection-control, and universal-precautions procedures
• report hazards and incidents.
