What you'll do

• Greet and room patients
• confirm identity and document vital signs
• update patient history, allergies, and medication lists
• assist providers with evaluations and procedures as directed
• support urine drug screen workflows
• coordinate follow-up visits, imaging, labs, and referrals
• prepare and maintain patient charts
• respond to assigned patient messages and calls
• maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow infection control, HIPAA, privacy, and lab safety procedures.
