What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day Coating and Finishing operations
• coordinate production activities and workforce planning
• manage Shift Managers across Coating, Finishing, Shipping, and Material Handling
• support budgets and corrective action for cost variances
• mentor supervisors
• lead safety efforts and accident investigations
• support quality, service, productivity, and continuous improvement programs.
