Commercial Floor Care Technician

The Commercial Floor Care Technician works onsite in Ferndale, WA. The stated pay is $28–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Strip and wax, buff, burnish, and clean floors, grout, and carpets
• assist with contract-service operations
• orient staff on equipment and processes
• help train staff
• conduct quality inspections
• maintain and report equipment condition
• secure buildings after work
• respond to customer complaints
• and process project records and tickets.
