What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
• operate grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops
• prepare ingredients
• follow portioning and production requirements
• maintain food temperatures and quality
• stock kitchen workstations
• clean equipment and work surfaces
• follow food safety and workplace safety procedures
• assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties.
