Program Site Coordinator, After-School Programs

The Program Site Coordinator role is full-time and onsite at Washington Elementary School in San Leandro, CA. Compensation is $23–$37 per hour. The coordinator helps the Program Manager deliver safe, structured, enriching programs aligned with A.S.E.S. and ELOP grant standards. The role supports staff, youth, families, schools, and community partners while tracking participation and program outcomes.

What you'll do

• Assist the Program Manager with after-school site activities and grant compliance
• guide and support Youth Development Professionals, including training and scheduling assistance
• help ensure youth engagement and supervision
• maintain relationships with school administrators, teachers, parents, and community partners
• track attendance, participation, and outcomes
• support safety procedures and licensing requirements
• and assist with events, workshops, and training sessions.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one of the listed education combinations: 48 college semester units, an associate degree or higher, or a passing district paraeducator/paraprofessional exam. Requires 1–2 years of youth-setting experience and leadership or supervisory experience.
