Project Coordinator, Property Restoration

The Project Coordinator is a full-time, primarily office-based role in Salem, VA, typically scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay is $37,440–$44,720 per year. The role supports SERVPRO Team Mongan’s property restoration work, helping customers and crews move through fire- or water-damage recovery. The coordinator connects customers, project managers, estimators, vendors, and field crews while maintaining schedules and job documentation. The role helps projects progress from initial contact through final billing by tracking work, addressing obstacles, supporting estimates and compliance, and keeping customers informed.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and updates
• track progress and help resolve delays
• maintain job files and work-in-progress reports
• schedule services and deliveries
• communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• assist with incoming calls and First Notice of Loss communications
• organize field documentation
• prepare estimates, change orders, and supplements
• track contracts, invoices, and submittals
• support billing, collections, and job close-out
• provide backup for the Office Manager.
