The Janitorial Supervisor role is onsite in Fairfield, CA, at customer facilities. Compensation is $28.13 per hour. The role supports service quality through staff supervision, scheduling, contract coordination, safety practices, and vocational counseling and training for adults with developmental disabilities and/or physical challenges.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and direct custodial staff and contract vendors
• maintain relationships with site contacts and resolve service issues
• hire, train, develop, counsel, and evaluate employees
• schedule and prioritize tasks
• conduct vocational counseling and document objectives
• prepare reports and meeting materials
• fill in for crew leads
• perform minor repairs as needed.
