What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Educator with play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• help maintain a positive classroom culture
• actively supervise children in classroom and outdoor activities
• assist with observing and recording developmental milestones under the Lead Educator’s guidance
• clean and sanitize classroom items and surfaces
• support positive behavior guidance
• greet families during drop-off and pick-up
• help provide daily updates through the center’s communication platform.

Why this role

Previous experience with young children is preferred but not required. Must meet Minnesota Department of Human Services Educator’s Aide qualification requirements and have CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it within 30 days. The posting states Monday–Friday with no weekends.
