What you'll do

• Maintain and repair HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring
• inspect windows, doors, and walls for damage and make repairs
• record completed repairs and service dates
• develop and carry out preventive maintenance measures
• handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
• be available on call for night and weekend maintenance requests.
