The Customer Advocate – CDJR, Part-Time role is onsite in Cleveland, OH. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Create a memorable customer pickup experience at the dealership
• complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the tracking system
• address customer questions
• drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
• meet the requirement to obtain or hold a local notary within the first 90 days
• satisfy state-specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems.
